The centerpiece of our property is the meticulously restored barn, a project seven years in the making. We chose to preserve the honor and character of this place by using reclaimed lumber throughout the restoration process rather than tearing it down.

One of our most unique features is the old grain silo, which has been thoughtfully converted into a multi-use space. It features inside seating for intimate conversations and doubles as an outdoor bar area, making it the perfect “special touch” for your cocktail hour or event reception.
Outdoor Stage and Performance Area:
Rooted in David Nice’s vision for music and worship, our outdoor stage and use area is designed for concerts, dancing, and DJs. This space allows the community to draw together under the stars, surrounded by the natural beauty of the farm.
Scenic Pond and Fire Pit:
For those seeking picturesque photo opportunities, our pond and bridge provide a stunning backdrop for wedding ceremonies, pictures etc. or portraits. As the evening winds down, guests can gather at our dedicated fire pit area to enjoy the quiet serenity of the farmstead

- “Chicken Coop Lounge”: A cozy, rustic hangout space with a playful farmstead twist. The Chicken Coop Lounge offers a relaxed place for guests to gather, share stories, and enjoy the charm of the farmstead. Coming June 2026.
- Catering Support: Professionals will appreciate our fully functional warming kitchen, designed to accommodate a recommended list of vendors and associates familiar with the barn’s layout.
- All-Weather Protection: Our covered electric outdoor awnings in front of the barn provide versatility, ensuring your event can continue beautifully regardless of the weather.
- onsite parking attendants are provided for each event and use of owner provided Golf Cart is permitted for transporting guests on the farm.
